Return and Refund Policy
At ryancrochet, each item is handmade with care. Because our products are handmade crochet items, slight variations in size, color, shape, and texture may occur. These small differences make every item unique and are not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging if possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Gift cards, if applicable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ryannguyenllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
