Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

For handmade or made-to-order crochet items, processing time may vary depending on the item, order volume, and product complexity. If your order requires additional time, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Typical estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after processing
- International orders: 7–21 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

ryancrochet is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
